FAQ

PROFINE warrants to you, the original purchaser, that our product and all of its parts and components are free of defects immaterial and workmanship. “Defects”, as used in this warranty, are defined imperfections that impair the use of the product. This warranty covers manufacturing defects, but is null and void if the defects arise from abuse or misuse of the product. The products are not intended for outdoor use. The product must not to be used for standing upon, nor must the weight loading capacity be exceeded. Any damage to components due to abuse or misuse will invalidate the warranty.

1) The purchaser’s own fabric or other parts/material

2) Defects caused by improper assembly or dis-assembly

3) Defects occurring after purchase due to product modification, intentional damage, accident, misuse, abuse, negligence or exposure to the elements;

4) Damage caused by a carrier or transportation of the product from one location to another

  • The refund or exchange request must be made within 7 days of product receipt.
  • All returned items must be in new/original condition
  • All original packing material must be kept for return. It is the customer’s responsibility to keep all packing materials, boxes and documentation for any return PROFINE is not responsible for any items that are discarded by the customer.
  • Customized products in design, color or in parts are not returnable and refundable in any case
  • The Custom made products ordered (changing in design, color or parts) is not refundable and returnable in any case
  • PROFINE will have no warranty obligation if the product is subjected to abuse, alteration, misuse, negligence or accident.
  • A copy of the Proof of Invoice or Receipt must be provided with the returned product.

Yes, You can place customize order according to your requirements if it qualifies in our system but these products are not returnable and refundable in any case

Our Quality control and policies are very strict so the chances of damages are very infrequent but if this happen from our side we will bear the damages, But if this damage is from customer side than he has to pay for it.

Regular products order can be cancel at any time, but Customize design products cannot be canceled if it has been transfer in production.
